Tanuka De

Tanuka is a dual-qualified lawyer with a strong background in Commercial Litigation and Arbitration.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business Administration, and is admitted to practise as a solicitor in Australia and India.

Before joining Rosendorff Lawyers, Tanuka gained extensive experience in commercial litigation as well as domestic and international arbitration. She has represented clients in complex, high-stakes disputes arising from large-scale infrastructure projects. Her experience also extends to advising on contractual obligations, transactional matters, contract drafting and negotiation, and regulatory compliance.

At Rosendorff Lawyers, Tanuka advises on a wide array of matters including domestic building disputes, insurance claims, property disputes, and general commercial litigation. She also handles disputes involving commercial leases, development agreements, and property transactions, among others.
